Tough question. I'll give you my experience(s) with manual and automatic shifting. In 1980, I built a TH350 with a B&M Manual Pak kit in it. ANIMAL tranmission with brutal shifts. 25 Sep 2009 I thought it involved inverting the governor valve and disconnecting the modulator, along with the usual seperator plate and accumulator "shift kit" mod's. Does anyone have more details on this? I'm NOT looking for a suggestion to buy a B&M Manual Pak, or a Brand X manual valvebody. I'd rather do it
