27 Oct 2015 Oddly though, if you want to save a PDF from Edge – whether it's one you've opened from the web, or a file you printed as a PDF in Edge itself – when you right-click on the page and choose Save As (the only way to save a PDF from Edge), you do get the option to choose both the file name and the folder you want to put
I found an excellent service: PDF Escape which provides the same and better services as FillAnyPDF.com and PDFFiller Inc., but free and no registration required.

This is definitely a good thing as we can Click the link labelled “Associate a file type or protocol with a program", and wait for a couple of seconds to load all file types. Scroll down the list to see .PDF entry.
Change the default app for PDF files: Go to Settings > System > Default apps. Scroll down and select Choose default apps by file type. Scroll down to .pdf PDF File. Click Microsoft Edge and choose your PDF reader.
