Sep 14, 2016 Reader or Acrobat 9.x (Mac OS) Choose File > Page Setup. Select the new page orientation and click OK. Choose File > Print. Make sure that the Print dialog box is in the expanded mode by clicking the arrow to the right of the Printer pop-up menu.

If its not working and your need is immediate try downloading the spreadsheet as a PDF and choosing landscape mode. Then print it from your PDF reader making sure your printer settings are set as landscape. But that shouldn't be a fix so if it isn't working please let us know! Re: I can not print a landscape
I have Crystal Reports Version 14.0.2.364. My report's page setup is landscape. However, when I export it to a pdf, the pdf changes to portrait orientation. The end user does not want to change printer settings every time they receive this pdf to make it print in landscape. I cannot seem to find a solution. Any suggestions?

Change page orientation at printing time to produce output that converts pages without altering your PDF file itself. Open the File menu, select "Print" and locate the Page Handling options. Uncheck "Auto-Rotate and Center" and click on the Page Setup button.
