10 Mar 2012 T-Box continues to display 'unknown program' when looking through channels. If information does display it is only for the current program and maybe the one after, and only for one or two channels. Same problem when going to 'Guide'. No longer able to shedule recordings by programs because of this.

17 Aug 2014 Have got a problem with a t-box.It won't tell me what program is on what channel or when you have a look on the program guide it is blank.I have reset the program guide information but - 345139.
The TV guide on the Tbox for the channel 9 life is incorrect which is very annoying. It says the programs are infomercials all day but the programs are actually different types of house - 539036.
18 Feb 2014 I have recently subscribed to Foxtel on my T-Box and I downloaded the Foxtel Program Guide onto my iPad. However I find that the scheduled times are different. It seems that the satellite - 250693.

You can hide any channel in T-Box by going to T-Box Menu then Settings then Channel Tuning then go to Edit Channel List then Press 'Ok' to hide a selected channel. In a similar manner you can 'unhide' or 'show' the channels.
I am after the Tbox entertainment pack channel list. - 228175.
12 Jul 2014 Is there an App for the Tbox program guide? We don't watch free to air through our Tbox and it is a nuisance to have to switch to the Tbox to check out what is on. Is there some enterprising - 330171.
2 Dec 2011 Its easier to get up go to the computer and check the tv guide that way. Which is wrong. Half the time when you switch through channels the information is not upto date could be hours behind which makes it hard to press record as it doesnt record the whole show. The tbox is more trouble than its worth.
