Actually I found the fastest way to be werewolves in canifis. They have 100 hits, just like experiments; die in around 30 seconds if you use dba+attack pots. That makes for 800xp a minute. Get 70 attack first as 60 def is fine with the wolves as long as you have full rune and salmon+ food. You should get 70

The best way would probably be to do 60 Attack, 70 Strength, 70 Attack, 70 Defence using Dragon Scimitar and then Whip for Defence. Also this will probably take around 100 hours or so. whats the quickest way to get 70 attack my attack atm is 63 (all my combat stats in my blog) level 78 combat ( i think) Or at least get someone to lend it to you, because that is probably the fastest way to level your attack. . I was p2p for 1 month, got 60-70 defence and 60-67 attack just from pest control.

Just make sure you bring your 3/4 best strength bonus items and nothing else/cheap gear. They'll drop lots of herb so you'll profit and if you are lucky and they give you a looting bag you
Stats: 67 Attack, 60 Str, 60 def. I don't understand where everyone is getting, 43k exp an hour at experiments and 67k/h at giant spiders. So what truly is the fastest way to get 60-70 melee stats?
