Alright, so I had an issue which I thought was my mods failing on me, but now regardless of what I do, steam fails to download the mods for starbound, or they are getting downloaded to the wrong place. This is actually really stressful since the mods I use impact my gameplay heavily. Now all my characters. The download appears in my "Downloads" tab. File finishes downloading.
