Download Johnny English Reborn
Johnny English is retired in Tibet and in disgrace in MI-7 after a washed up mission in Mozambique. Out of the blue, he is summoned by the MI-7 to stop the Vortex, an agency of skilled assassins that are planning to kill the Chinese premier Xiang Ping. Johnny English is back in action with the support of the rookie Agent Tucker. But he is betrayed by someone that he would never expect.
Johnny English goes up against international assassins hunting down the Chinese premier.
First of all, let me say the first Johnny English may not have been everyone's cup of tea. I liked it, but it didn't do too well in the states. This one is just as funny as the last one, but will be more appealing to people who crave an explosion or two.
It's more like a fun spy movie with real action and adventure and just happens to star a funny person--Rowan Atkinson. He's a little older and grayer, but this movie is filled with his classic physical comedy as well as his verbal comedy.
Go see this movie and if you have a soul and a sense of humor you will like it. If not, go watch the rum diaries or whatever. And, it's family friendly so take the kids.
Rock on, Mr. Atkinson.
Took my two kids, 14 and 12 to see this at a free preview in Wimbledon (had to fill in a form afterwards) and honestly, both boys nearly fell off their seats laughing, and I have to be honest and admit to laughing to quite a few bits as well, it all comes down to Rowan Atkinson who seems to have cornered the Slapstick market, there are LOTS of visual gags, the trailer doesn't do the movie justice and there are lots of set pieces, it certainly isn't going to win any Oscars but the last scene had the whole cinema in near hysterics laughing - the disjointed body bit must have been very difficult to act but he pulled it off splendidly, well worth going to see on a rainy Saturday afternoon, the kids will thank you :)
Johnny English Reborn's sharpest gags riff on its protagonist's unshakeable Britishness.
The scene can be watched on the deleted scenes. The first song is I Believe In You by Rumer. The song during the extra scene is "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg. a5c7b9f00b
