6 Oct 2016 As a few people have mentioned, it's probably because they don't want LFR Nighthold to surpass Normal EN (as it is there'll be a 5 ilvl difference, so pretty without determination stacks, admittedly accept on bosses like Nazgrim and Garrosh but with full LFR gear as a tank you could carry the bads through
