14 Mar 2014 Amuse, the newest denizen of Westfield's Elm Street restaurant row, offers a refreshing culinary breeze that's French in its roots but wide-ranging enough to Cashews, cranberries and brown butter are used with good effect on plump-to-bursting ricotta ravioli ($12) that is an artful introduction to the meal.
