1.sonyvegas
2.virutual dub
3.media player
step 1:play demo then pause
step2:write host_framerate 240 in console then it go slowly
step3:write startmovie "name" in console"
step4:write endmovie when ready
step.5 open virutualdub
step6:press file / open goto /steam/steamapps/steamname/coutnerstrike/crstike/ in the cstrike its many pictures take the first one! (pictures is tga)
step hmm witch step:press video press framerate then change the framerate to 240
step...:Then press file/Save as avi/
step...:open sony vegas edit the video then render it!
FINAL STEP: WATCH it in your mediapalyer!
