The Green Hornet Full Movie In Hindi 720p

When the publisher of "The Daily Sentinel" dies, his son Britt Reid inherits his newspaper. The idle Britt is a playboy that parties all the time with women and hates his father but he is forced to become the new publisher. He also meets his father's mechanic Kato, who is a skilled fighter of kung fu, and they decide to fight crime for fun wearing masks. Britt uses "The Daily Sentinel" to promote "The Green Hornet" and his sidekick, attracting the attention of the kingpin Chudnofsky, Now the Green Hornet is chased not only by the police, but also by Chudnofsky that is hunting him down.
When news magnate James Reid dies, his son Britt and chauffeur Kato, resentful of Reid's slights, vandalize a graveyard statue. By chance, they also rescue a couple from thugs, but TV reports the vandalism, not the heroism. Britt, thinking he's a genius while relying on Kato's mechanical and kung-fu skills, decides to be a superhero, the Green Hornet, and use his father's paper to play up the bad-guy elements. The reporting on the Hornet upsets LA's DA, who's up for reelection, and the city's real crime boss, Chudnofsky. Plus, how long will Kato suffer in silence, when he has all the skill? Competition for the affection of Britt's assistant, Lenore, brings things to a head.
I am confused by all the NEGATIVE reviews of this film. Seriously, what gives? Early during the pre-production stage when the cast was announced and Seth Rogen was cast as the lead in a superhero film, I had my doubts. Nevermind that I knew nothing about the Green Hornet's origins in radio or even the sixties television version.
What and who's the Green Hornet? A quick wikipedia search lead me to discover that the character was originally a 1930's radio star. Boring.
After learning this, I wouldn't have given the film a second glance, but a popular online magazine that I frequent attended the Comic Convention a few years ago and featured the Black Beauty as well as an interview with Seth Rogan. It was through the in depth look at the vehicle and comprehensive interview that garnered my attention.
Some months later, the official trailer came out. The first twenty to thirty seconds of the trailer made the film seem insipid: some rich playboy gets control of the newspaper after his father passes away.
Again, BORING. But it was after these first seconds in the trailer that drew me into the film. There were hints of comedy, hints of action, an Asian kicking butt and a really wicked classic Chevy.
I haven't had time to peruse the internet over the film so any and all potential spoilers were intentionally avoided by me. Also, I put away my personal biases of Seth Rogen and went in to watch the film because it seemed interesting to me.
And I'm glad I did. The film was more than interesting. It was SPECTACULAR! Contrary to what some reviewers are saying, this film wasn't good because it was "bad", it was good because it was GOOD!
The humor was clean, the setups and payoffs were properly executed and there was so much going on in the film that it was difficult not to pay attention. I came into the film having no expectations at all and left the theater feeling that this was a throughly enjoyable, very FUN film.
Those who complain that this film doesn't do justice to the source material, the comics, the sixties television version, etc., etc., can go back an re-read and re-watch those versions that are clearly their favorite.
Appreciate the Green Hornet for what it is: a film with a bright and talented cast, some great set props and overall fun action/comedy superhero film. Excellent production values and excellent cast! It was refreshing to watch a film that didn't go down the dark route that almost all superhero films are going these days. 10/10. Because it's just THAT good.
There are no other ways to try and dress this up. Americans would say that this movie SUCKS, I'm going to go with the fact that is STINKS, but whatever your vernacular, this is really, really bad. One which even the always impressive Christopher Waltz can't save. He doesn't reach the heights he hit in Inglorious, partly because the role just isn't developed enough here, but he still excels. There's just something about the guy's on-screen persona that is mesmerising.
OK so apart from Mr Waltz, what is going on here? The movie is about a superhero that isn't (so nothing like the brilliant Kick-Ass then) and a disillusioned kid wanting to put the world to rights (so nothing like the brilliant Kick-Ass then) He has a kung fu manservant sidekick named Cato who he beats up in his own house (so nothing like Insp Closeau's Kung fu manservant Cato then) and a seemingly infinite amount of money to live out his playboy lifestyle with a garage full of exotic cars (so nothing like Iron Man then). He...oh you get the idea. I know it's based on an old(ish) comic book but this movie blatantly plagiarises just about every possible recent superhero movie and then some, the characters are wooden and unoriginal. The stretched out storyline is nothing new and the lengthy OTT gun fights that litter every 20 minutes of a movie that could have been 30mins shorter and still be an hour too long just get on your nerves.
Seth Rogan is simply miscast here and fails to engage the audience with his usual wit. In addition to that, his character and the way he played the role is very unlikeable as is just about everyone and everything else in this movie. I really cannot find anything positive, other than the aforementioned Mr Waltz to say about his.
EDIT: It's interesting to read that some people think that "geeks" or "pseudo-intellectuals" or serious film fans won't want to like this. Well I'm not sure if I fit any of those labels as I love all film genres. A good film is a good film whatever it's genre/nationality/style/age/cast list/budget/message/Director/purpose etc and similarly a bad film is a bad film.
Suffice to say that for all the reasons above, this is not a good film.
Never achieves sufficient traction to go the blockbuster distance.
It's best to let Rogen himself speak about this subject. From WorstPreviews.com: Seth Rogen, writer and co-star of the upcoming The Green Hornet, told Sci Fi Wire that the film will possess elements of both comedy and action. "To me, the two aren't mutually exclusive," said Rogen. "You can have a big action epic with a lot of funny parts." Green Hornet is a big-screen adaptation of the superhero franchise, which was adapted as a popular 1960s television series and was inspired by the original radio program created in the 1930s. Hornet follows the adventures of Britt Reid, a bored playboy who inherits his father's crusading newspaper, the Daily Sentinel. By night he is a masked hero, fighting crime with his sidekick, Kato, who has incredible martial-arts skills. Rogen, whose film projects to date have been primarily comedic in nature, said that the forthcoming update will evoke other action films that feature an undercurrent of humor. "I've seen the early 'Indiana Jones' movies in theaters, and they kill," Rogen said. "There's laughs throughout the whole thing, and it doesn't feel like a comedy per se. It just feels like something that's trying to solicit reactions from the audience, and we think of movies like 'True Lies' and stuff like that. That's more kind of what we're going for with this." Director Michel Gondry also has said this about the film's tone: "It's an action movie with some comedy in it. The action will be fast and furious and the comedy will come from the dynamic between Kato and Britt Reid." Reportedly, he stepped down to work on a superhero spoof comedy starring Jack Black.
