Individual Position: With the individual sitting, their elbow fully flexed, and bending laterally until the elbow touches the hip. The individual is then requested to contract the muscle. Practitioner Position: The practitioner stands to the side of the individual placing one hand on the shoulder and their other hand on the elbow.
