27 Mar 2013 I found the solution : setboolean{@twoside}{false}. And includepdf[pages=-, offset="75" -75]{file.pdf}. And it works !
16 May 2007 pdflatex wholeissue.tex and the whole issue is regenerated. Quick and easy, with no chance of mistakes. The only thing one needs to do is create the wholeissue.tex file once, and then concatenation is a simple matter of running the command above. An example of such a wholeissue.tex file is given in

As shown in my example, you'll have to play a bit with the scale factor for each image to get it in the right size that will fit on a single page. Hope that helps.
