Loosen and remove the round Thumb Nut from the Hi Hat Clutch assembly which you set aside earlier. Remove 1 metal Washer and one Felt Washer. Place the other Hi Hat Cymbal concave side down through the Clutch bolt and put the Felt Washer and then the metal Washer over the bolt.
