30 Oct 2010 In the mean time, I also found the owners manual for the saw. It has some instructions and warnings about how to adjust those screws. I am not sure if these instructions were made to protect Craftsman. I am pretty sure they were. The instructions kind of make sense. Please let me know if I can follow these

Sounds like you have the hoses hook up wrong. The hose from the tank goes to the bottom of the Carb. The line from the top of the Carb goes to the inlet side of the primer bulb (put your finger on one of the ports and push the bulb, if it collapses without returning then thats the inlet side).
