28 Mar 2011 Almost every application that supports printing will have a PDF button on the bottom left corner of the printing menu. Open the File menu and select Print. ( Or use the Command + P keyboard shortcut) PDF button on the bottom left. Choose where you want to save the PDF, and give it a file name. Done.
