1) Kimberly - After accidentally hitting one of the male mutants (named Brother) with her car, Kimberly freaks out, thinking that she struck and killed a person.She gets out of her car and tries to help the mutant out when it jumps up and bites off her upper lip. She escapes his grasp and begins to run to her car when a second male mutant grabs her, Three Finger (the returning mutant for the first film). She stands stunned in the middle of the road, as Three Finger raises an axe and slices it clean through the center of her head, splitting her whole body in half. Three-Finger and Brother then drag the two halves of her corpse down the road.
2) Neil - Neil is M's friend/ co-worker. While u rinating in the woods, Neil is attacked by Three Finger. Three finger slices open Neil's throat and scalps him. He then drags his body away. All of Neil's death was caught on one of the cameras set up in the woods to record the contestants.
3) Mara - Mara is the producer of the game show, but is talked into taking over for Kimberly due to her absence. After seeing her boyfriend M (Michael) having oral sex with Elena, Mara and Nina set out to find a phone so Mara can call for a ride home. After finding an old house, Mara and Nina go inside, only to discover that the house belongs to the family of mutants. After Ma, the mother mutant gives birth to a horrid baby, they are seen by one of the female mutants, Sister, and run into a bedroom, baracading the door with a bed. They then discover a hole in the floor, which is used as a toilet for the mutants, break through it, and get outside just as Sister breaks down the door. As they are running from the family, Pa, the same mutant that killed Kimberly throws an axe at Mara. The axe slices into the side of her head, killing her instantly.
4) Elena - After having oral sex with M in order to get more screen time, Elena lays next to a river to get a tan. Unknown to her, Brother is watching her and masturbating. Sister, who is Brother's sister and lover, comes up behind him. She is enraged that he is entertaining himself with another woman. She strikes him, and runs out of the woods with a kitchen knife. Elena screams and tries to flee, but falls facedown into the river. The Sister begins to slash at Elena's back, tearing it open with each slash. Brother stops her shortly after,but Elena is already dead. The slashes sliced into Elena's back are so deep that parts of her spinal cord are showing.
5) Old Man - After killing Three Finger, Dale finds the house that Nina and Mara were attacked in. He enters and finds an old man, the sane one from the gas station in the original Wrong Turn. The old man tells Dale about the mutants, revealing that a chemical from the old rundown mill caused their mutations.He then reveals that he is the father of the mutants. He becomes enraged, and attacks Dale for killing Three Finger. Dale drops the gun, but takes a stick of dynamite that the old man used to fish. He ignites it and sticks it the mans overalls. The two run outside. Just as the old man is about to shoot Dale, the dynamite explodes, ripping him apart. The blast ruins the shotgun, so Dale goes back into the house and takes a bow, arrows, and the rest of the dynamite.
6 & 7) Amber and Jonesy - After Nina returns to the campsite and warns the group about the mutants, Jonesy is unfazed. He thinks that it is all part of the game. Then, Amber screams, as she realizes that the meat they had found cooking in the woods had a tattoo on it. The same tattoo Kimberly had. They decide to run to and RV used as the headquarters for the game. After reaching the area where the Rv was, they discover that it is missing. They decide to then cut through the woods and make their way to an old saw mill. In the woods, they see Brother having sex with what appears to be Elena. Jake runs to Elena's aid, only to discover that it is Sister, and she is wearing a mask made of Elena's face. The two mutants attack. Nina flees but falls down into a hole made to trap food for the cannibals. The remaining people fight off the mutants. Jonesy and Amber split up with Jake so he can go find Nina. Jonesy gets his leg caught in a rope and activates a trap, which pulls him up into the trees above. He is suspended upside down like a pinata. While trying to save him, Amber also gets caught in a rope, and is hung upside down as well. The two grab each other to stop them from swinging into the side of a tree. Then, Brother appears and begins to swing an axe at the two. After failing to get either Amber or Jonesy, Pa appears. He is about to shoot the two with an arrow, but gives the bow to Brother. Brother then shoots the arrow at Amber. The arrow goes into the back of Amber's head,through her eye, and through Jonesy's eye, killing both of them instantly. Shortly after that, Jake saves Nina from the hole and the two run to the mill. After reaching it, the two see containers of a green chemical that say it causes birth defects. These are the chemicals that turned the old man's family into mutants.
8) Michael/M - After entering the abandoned mill, Nina and Jake hear M screaming. They find the Rv amongst other abandoned cars,and Jake enters. He finds the source of the screams to be from a computer monitor, showing M tied to a chair. We then see Pa take a meat cleaver and knock over the camera. You still see M's legs as Pa slices off M's head and drops it infront of the camera. As Jake watches in horror, Nina is captured by Sister. Jake turns around and is hit by Pa. The two mutants tie him up and carry him and Nina to their dwelling deep inside the mill.
9 & 10) Brother and Sister - After Dale finds the mill, he accidentally catches the attention of the family. The mutants split up and search for him. Sister and Brother search through the room filled with their victims cars. Dale hides behind another Rv and shoots Brother with an arrow that has dynamite attached to it. The explosive goes off, killing both Brother and Sister.
11) Dale Murphy - After killing Brother and Sister, Dale finds Nina and Jake. Nina is tied to a chair with barbed wire and Jake is hung by his arms from the ceiling. After releasing the two, Pa shoots an arrow through Dale's back. Dale makes Jake and Nina run away, as Pa shoots another arrow into his stomach. Ma suddenly appears with a spiked rope and throws it at Dale's throat. The spikes on it slit open his throat, killing him.
12 & 13) Ma and Pa - After getting separated from Nina, Jake is attacked by Ma and Pa. Ma turns on a wood chipping device, and Pa tries to throw Jake into it. Nina appears and knocks Pa into it, slicing off his arm. She then activates a device used to push logs into the chipper. A log then knocks Ma and Pa into the chipper, chopping them into little pieces. Nina and Jake go into the car garage and find the car Kimberly was driving. They take it and drive towards the nearest town.
14 & 15) Wojo and Chris - Their bloodied clothes is seen hanging on a rope at the end of the film, hinting that they got killed-off and eaten as well.
The movie doesn't end there. After Nina and Jake escape, we see that Three Finger survived Dale's attempt to blow him away with the shotgun earlier in the movie. He is holding Ma's deformed baby and is feeding it water contaminated by the green chemical. The movie ends with Three Finger giving the baby a finger as a pacifier, as he laughs hysterically
