I have a problem with my Dell Inspiron 2650. It will not boot. Whenever you turn it on the power light turns on and the battery light blinks when it is plugged in (meaning it is charging). The fans turn on for a few seconds then die down and that's it. The screen doesn't work and neither does anything else.
