It's one of the 50 ClassicsBelay above from large trees at the base of a (initially) low angle, left-facing dihedral(NOTE: pitch numbers are from Nelson and Potterfield's topo in "Selected Climbs of the Cascades") Cancel Beginning the 2nd pitch on mostly fixed gearWe reach the third belay station and the start of the free climbing at 8:45AMSingle #3.5 and #4 Camalots were sufficient (smaller gear can be used much of the time)Jugging the ropes the next morning is faster (maybe much faster for people who have done this a lot) than leading the pitches but every bit as tiring (it took us 2 hours instead of 5)
