Yoga and Meditation are the two practices through which one can improve their brain activities and functioning. Yoga and Meditation helps us to calm and relax our mind, body and soul from the regular stress and chaos that we go through. As soon as we start meditating our mind is in control and we can let our brain function properly and effectively. And if our brain works properly, it is obvious that we will be able to perform the brain activities actively.
