If you're hopping worlds trying to find an empty world to kill Chaos elemental, be sure to hop while inside the Rogues' Castle. That way when you log in you won't get instantly attacked and you can still look if Elemental is free. That is, unless the PKer anticipies this and camps at Castle, but that's unlikely.
The Chaos Elemental can be found west of Rogues' Castle deep within the Wilderness.
