Luften är kall, natten är ensam. Över mörka ängar vandrar vi långsamt. Djupa skogar fylls av tystnad från mitt veka hjärta som skriker ut ditt namn. Jag väntar stilla och hoppas att du kan läsa mina tankar.

 

I natten ruvar mörkret på en hemlighet
Lika svart som himlen, omöjlig att se.
I dimmar göms det själar, som fastnat i en sång
Fast där utan drömmar, dömd till tidens gång.
I vattnet lurar faran, helt osynlig för dig
Den sveper över ytan, ditlockad av mig.
Elden smeker vänligt, ditt trötta ömma skinn
Elden ger mig gåvan, gör dig föralltid min.
