What helped me was setting up a. Lock code using lost mode (did not have a lock code earlier), force rebooting (home+power button for 10 secs) and entering lock code, then disabling guided access.. Rebooting without lock code used to relaunch the app in guided mode automatically.. Thanks, anyways.

I'm development an app through titanium. When I was running it on actual iPad, I got a bug that keyboard cannot close if guided access was enabled. Scenario: Guided Access is on in settings; Focus on a TextField, keyboard shows up; Triple click on home button, start Guided Access. (With Password).
I have an iPad 2 with iOS 6 on it. I was running the Disney Junior app and turned on Guided Access. Guided access, according to iOS, keeps you in a single app as you currently are. I'm not sure if a reboot It's not the app it"s a bug in the OS or just how Guided Access Mode works. I got stuck in an app a

I thought it was only every once in awhile, but i just tried putting her phone in guided access then immediately taking it off and it got stuck again. Anyone have any ideas if there's something i can do to fix this or is it just a bug in iOS right now? 20161112_175002.jpg.

1 May 2013 In general, iOS devices don't freeze very often, but some unknown glitch causes Guided Access to lock up occasionally. When this happens, you are stuck in the kids app and can't get back to the home screen.
