However, I came across a way to set these clocks up and not really have the need to go back to the manual to figure out anything: In my tournament Chronos I save the CH - A1 setting in the first preset that is on the display right away when I turn on the clock.

I don't find much wrong with Matt's instructions below except that some of the best modes for Go are outside of the selection
