I have a Dell Optiplex 745. It runs windows XP. The system has a problem, and I replace the HD, and now I try to install Xp from scratch by using the Dell Installation Recovery CD. My CD is scratchy, and the installation is stopped. Where can download another recovery CD from Dell? I do have service tag.
