Galaxy Safari - They were a lot like Mustasch, but without Ralph. Nice grooves but still kind of lame.
Browsing Collection - The drummer wasn't very good I'm afraid. The guitar-playing was on the other hand really good at times. They sounded like rock with heavy metal influences.
Sonata Arctica - I had expected power metal in the style of Helloween. They lacked power though. No good songs and an overall lack of heaviness.
Agnostic Front - Hardcore = Rocknroll with angry singing (not like the scream-bands). It seems it's really important for people playing this kind of music that you wear extremely regular clothing onst
Hardcore Superstar - The sleaze-giants of Sweden. They have no song that really get stuck in my mind, but they sure can rock and most importantly - the don't hold anything back! I managed to capture t
Aura Noir - A mix between regular and black metal. The bassist looked like a klingon (maybe that was his goal?). This kind of metal isn't good for the hair apparently (see Venom and Behemoth for other
Amorphis - They could have been good. Everything went at such a sloooow pace. Soft metal with keybaords. At times the singer was headbanging and you wondered why..
Danzig - Awesome songs and a great groove. Glenn's microphone-technique was horrible. You got to hear half of the words he sang. He was in a bad mood as well and tried to kill the sound-guy.
Kreator - Heavy and superb thrash metal in the same style as Slayer. Last time I saw them was 10 years ago. They were even better now. The trick seems to be to get newer and younger bandmembers.
Manowar - No they didn't play, but Joey came and held one of his "we are the heaviest band and we will fuck all you women...."-speaches. Apparently they are headlining the festival next year. Manowar
