Original Post 4-17-14 Hebrew National are our go-to dairy-free hot dogs. I actually could never eat another kind of hotdog for as long as I live.
Pre-heat the oven according to the directions found on the dough container (or in your favorite recipe if making biscuit dough). Most brands call for 375 . Alternatively, you can use Hebrew National hot dogs, which also work very well, as do Little Smokies cocktail franks and canned Vienna Sausages. The American version

They Don't Puff. 10/25/2017. Two batches and they don't puff and they pastry doesn't completely cook, but if I didn't pull them out the hot dogs would be burnt. Frustrating!
