Step 1: Stop all relevant services and the OTRS Daemon. Step 2: Backup files and database. Step 3: Install the new release (tar or RPM) Step 4: Run the migration script. Step 5: Update installed packages. Step 6: Restart your services. Step 7: Start the OTRS Daemon and cron job.

Can I refer to the 3.3 admin manual where I can find a list of steps to follow for minor upgrades ?
