We’ve just bought a second hand Arthur Martin electric oven. The temperature settings are 1, 2, 3, 4 up to 10 then pyrolyse, though, instead of the usual centigrade figures. Does anyone know if it’s safe to assume the numbers correspond more or less with gas settings?
