I wanted to mix in magic and melee but I want to be a battle mage NOT a spellsword (apparently, there's a difference) I've looked it up but couldn't find . strong armor with relevant enchantments. Restoration for wards and healing, alteration for dragonflesh, paralysis and probably equilibrium. good luck!
However, since I'm new to the Elder Scrolls games I'm not sure about the best way to build a class like this. How many points Finally, I have read that battle mages use Heavy Armor, but how do you have enough Magicka without the Magicka benefits of the mage robes?
