There was nothing here for me. If i could be anywhere in the world I would want to be asleep. I want to have that content look on my face, I do not care if it is stapled there. At least I will know that it is going to be there.
Reflecting on my life there wasn't much to it. No love to speak of. No laughter noteworthy. No accomplishment that deserves a statue, or plaque of any sort. No friendships that will be missed. No family reunions that will miss my company. My job will hire someone new, my photographs will be lost in the attic and enentually tossed away, or used to wrap the precious china with when eventually someone moves. What ever is beyond this is better than what is behind me.
