25 Oct 2011 I called GE and verified that this is the correct part for this model. I'm afraid to plug back in if not connected properly! Also, instructions with the new board say to cut wires (thermistor wire in pin 2 of J1 connector). Really? And "cut the green wire in capacitor board" for bottom freezer models. Is this okay to do?
