Important information. Each envelope of Knox Unflavored Gelatin will gel 2 cups of liquid. If the recipe you want to use calls for unflavored gelatin by the tablespoon, just use 1 envelope for each tablespoon called for. Sprinkle Knox over cold liquid to separate the granules; let stand for 1 minute.

Enjoy and old-fashioned favorite. I have loved Knox blocks since I was a kid and was surprised to not see a recipe here. So I thought I would add one. For those who dont know what Knox Blocks are they are the original Jello Jigglers and I think a little more tasty.
