I bought a photive PH-BTH3 Bluetooth Headphone. I can get it into pairing mode but it will not pair with my HP laptop running windows 8.1. I have used wireless with the laptop in past but that was with a usb adapter. I am using the laptop on a wireless router. I'm not sure I am getting the laptop in a pairing
