Procrastination, friend or foe?
Ellen DeGeneres said once:
Procrastinate now! Don't put it of!
And while the mening behind that joke makes scenes, I've lived by that saying far too long.
It's time to do something.
I read another quote a while ago. It said that writing is like any other work. That's why we love it AND hate it. We just have to do it. Don't just talk about it, or plan it och dream about it. Do it.
That's gotten me thinking. It dosn't matter how long I plan and take notes for my book. It will all change in the end. I'm just doing it becuse I'm too afraid to start writing. I'm afraid that my dear baby will come out all wrong and my dreams to be shatterd. But hey, that's life?
On top of that I just started to talk with a fellow author that really gives me hope for young writers!
I'm staring soon. I just got to take care of a few family stuff first, but then... I AM doing this. Mark my words!
