These areMy ram works normally on 1600MHz, ASUS P5P43TD Pro MB specifies 1600MHz(O.C) as one of the speeds it supports, Only if you overclock itA crash will give blue screen or rebootThe nvidia card requires 150 Watts and the PSU puts out 22 Amp at 12 volt if my math is correct thats 264 Watts thats avalibleIf all the settings are lost, they can usually be retrieved from the computer manufacturerI bought a case and generic power supply and began having the system power off in the middle of playing Heroes of NewerthDon't sue meMudit SatheMar 24, 2010, 11:15 AM It can be a overheating problem alsoMy first thought was maybe it was overheating but i can play Far Cry 2 for hours with no problemI replaced my motherboard with one that had a better processor and wireless cardI would intermittent power off hard
If it does, go into the CMOS and write down all of the settingsmy computer keeps turning off while playing games solved Computer turned off while playing a game, now it won't output to the monitor.Then I installed my flight simulatorthe unit is a hp 110-1100Other possibilities are faulty memory or Windows misreporting the amount of RAM (you can download system info utilities that might show correct amount in that case)Windows Vista x64, Steam games, Nvidia cardI have two pc's running W7 and only the one shuts down while playing games or running big files on cad when I do normal stuff like browsing etc it doesn't shut down at allNo idea what's causing it
