When a full-scale war is engaged by the evil Scarran Empire, the Peacekeeper Alliance has but one hope: reassemble human astronaut John Crichton, once sucked into the Peacekeeper galaxy through a wormhole. Crichton's task: Get the entire Peacekeeper race to safety before the last war of an era brings and end to the universe.
Full-scale galactic war has broken out between the cold-blooded Peacekeepers and the monstrous Scarrans. The only hope for the billions of innocents caught in the crossfire lies with John Crichton and the crew of Moya, who try to revive the long dormant Eidelons, a race rumored to be able to influence Peace in others.
G'day I thought the final installment of the Farscape series is a testament to the hard work all the Farscape fans put into getting it up. 10 stars to all the nerds. Like most people I didn't really know what to expect given that my own country (Australia) didn't have the mental capacity to show it on public television (I am talking to you Mr. Packer). However, we waited for the DVD to come out as we can't (and won't) pay for cable and I must say we were NOT disappointed. A fitting end to a series that stretched the boundaries far and wide for us Sci-fi fans! There will be nothing this good ever again - watch it and learn to love it! As a Farscape fan from the beginning, I expected great things from "Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars". But, it exceeded even my expectations. It was, well, spectacular! The only TV that I can even begin to compare this with is the finale of ST:DS9. And even that was only 2 hours. PKWars will keep you on the edge of your seat for all four hours. Watch it, enjoy it, and remember to breathe during it. It will literally take your breath away. Ben Browder, Claudia Black, Anthony Simcoe, Gigi Edgely, and Wayne Pygram give the performances of their lives. Ben and Claudia, especially, are amazing to watch both apart and together. Many of the familiar Farscape characters are back, too - like Noranti, Jool, Sikozu, Stark, and Commendant Cleavage...er... Grayza. The animatronic Rygel and Pilot, and the Scarrans, have been improved on as well. From the first minute until the tear-producing final scene, this is one fantastic ride. WE WANT MORE!!!
