Volvo were very nice to provide us with a 15A power supply in the boot, intended for the Volvo subwoofer. I've used that to power my FM Modulator and amp. It's a thick orange cable with a green stripe, and can be found poking out of the wiring harness in the bottom of the boot, on the same side as the stock

18 Feb 2016 The cars don't come with the wiring for the cargo power socket. It's included in the kit (it tees into the power connector for the Trailer Module/Towbar). The installation instructions for MY13 can be found here: accessories.volvocars.com/en--470576-3/2013. It includes fitting a 40A JCASE fuse in
the speaker faces up. Take three screws from the same kit and install the bracket for the S40 on the subwoofer as illustrated. (Foam padding and V50 bracket not used.) 10. J3905072. 6 Jun 2010 If this is the case, connecting left-to-right wires 'by mistake' isn't a big deal at all. If you can locate the Volvo part number, do a search to see if you can find any of the spec's to confirm my theory. I'd also check the wiring diagram of the S40 to see what kind of wiring setup they had for the amp. That may give
