You will have to have played the heist from the start. This achievement is derived from the PAYDAY Secret ARG event in 2012. Overkill 145+ difficulty and golden masks were formerly requirements, but are no longer necessary as of Patch 21. The patch also reduced the duration of the Overdrill from 7200 to 2000 seconds.
