11 Dec 2017 I have a lot of System 15 needles but they are considerably shorter (about 1/4?) than the needle length illustrated in the Kenmore manual for this machine. I have a small sewing business and am using a Janome mc6600p. .. Also what needle would you recommend for cotton voile or lawn? Thank you

According to my Janome manual it seems to pretty much suggest 90/14 universal needles for medium fabrics & 75/11 ballpoint for lighter (knits). From what I My manual doesn't even suggest/mention 80/12 needles. For really light fabrics like lawn or voile (spelling?!) you need an 11 though, rarely a 10.
