20 Jan 2013 Guide to winning Shogun 2 on harder difficulties Legendary is just obscene and I doubt many people even have the patience to persevere through the sheer amount of new games it would take to stand a fighting For example, if you play as the Hattori, you have a hard decision to make at the beginning.

9 Oct 2014 I would suggest watching "Volound" who is doing a recent let's play on legendary, for Hattori, on youtube. He's very well informed about the game and explains quite a lot about the beginning stages. That is really the only good advice I can give you ^^; Also, kisho ninja should be used almost like cavalry,

23 Mar 2014 I agree with you that the upkeep cost, which is already far too high in every Shogun 2 campaign, for the hattori are not worth their advantages, in fact it's hard to call it an advantage if you have to pay (more than it's worth) for it, still couldn't beat a Hattori legendary campaign on vanilla. Are ninja actions more expensive in legendary? Are your ninja low level? Man, I need more information because no matter which faction I've played in Shogun, Ninja were always an integral part of my tactics. I imagine less so with clans not Tokugawa and Hattori. Besides, they're friggin cool! Speaking of

8 Jun 2011 Please, post your strategies, hints and tips for playing with the Hattori clan here. In the interim, I kept a small army (2 spear and bow ashigaru, and my other general) hidden in the trees to counter any armies that would come to take Asai again .. Just started a Hattori campaign (legendary domination).
