When the metal casing of my BenQ DVD drive is fully closed, it won't eject. If I remove the upper casing OR pull the upper casing slightly up, drive opens just fine. To clarify, I do mean the metal casing of the DVD drive itself, not the entire console casing. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Upd - Xbox
