tonight went to see The Sky Crawler with michael

was visually, musically , incredibly beautiful

the message would differ from person to person

and they had some deep conversation at times

just like how this director would have in his works

he directed ghost in the shell 1, and 2

hmm I've been carrying the book written by

Sussana Vega , American alternative folk artist

I've had it for a while , but never read it much at all

but i wanna start reading as much as i can during

times waiting , on train, some fragment of day times

and I found reading somehow brings me an easy feeling

it clears my mind like how karate does, it calms me down

in the book, there is a part where Leonard Cohen having a

chat with her, she said that .. some people put themself

through pain , and she described herself as one doesn't

judge the others but judge herself quite strictly ....

i felt kind of pleased when i read that because i thought

it sounds a bit like how i am

the other night i met a lady who is a music theripst

they use music to treat people mentally or sometimes physically

i dont know how , exactly but i started to think if music could

improve one's mental health , then could it cause someone

mentally ill or unstable as well ? ...
