I just wanted to complain about it. here i am leveling my magic and slayer by killing brine rats, and when i home port to lumbridge to cook the swordfish i picked up in preperation for a second trip i see no less than 4 people in the basement of lumbridge castle using WAVE spells no less to splash on the rats.
