When your day have been long and you're feeling so tired
Everythings quiet, it's totally silent
Yes then it's so nice to turn of the lights, and say good night
When you can not sleep, then you usually read
at least for a while til' your arms falling down
And then it's so nice to turn of the lights, and say good night
When you're lying in bed but not sleeping yet
and you can still feel the fresh taste of toothpaste
Yes, then it's so nice. To turn of the lights. And say good night.
