When I attempted to delete pages in Acrobat Standard, I received an information error stating:
Solution 1: Combine the PDF with another PDF. Launch Acrobat, and then choose File > Create > Combine Files into a Single PDF. Click the Add Files menu and choose Add Files. Browse and select the PDF file that shows the "Bad Parameter" error, and then click Open. Click the Add Files menu and choose Add Files.
Condition: Bad parameter message when trying to delete pages using Acrobat 9.0 (editing a file created in Word 2007, using File Save as .PDF). Why not just print to the PDF print driver (Adobe cannot solve the file hanging up issue, so Word 2007 is my work around.) Meanwhile, I get the Bad Parameters
The following solution worked for me: 1) use the Combine Files feature to combine the problem PDF with another PDF (I suggest using a small PDF that has no issues). 2) After combining, save the results. 3) Open the saved file and delete the pages added in the prior step. 4) Save the results. The issue should be fixed. 0 0.

Can't delege a page. Get message "bad parameter" for one page. If I insert a page from another file, I can delete that one but not the one in the document I want to. 9 Feb 2007 Regardless of how many times I click the OK button, the error dialogue box very briefly flickers, revealing the "Delete Pages From ____ to ___ of ___" dialogue box for an instant, only to return to the "Bad Parameter" error dialogue box. I can move the error box out of the way, but I can't make it go away.
16 May 2015 the problem is with the ONE pdf file it was created from Word, exported to pdf, with a few pages scanned , and added. Software technician: Kamil Anwar, Software Specialist replied 2 years ago. Go to Edit> Preferences> Security and uncheck "Verify signatures when the document is opened" Then test.
