But every time I try to start up the game, the screen goes white, and then the error message pops up. "Unable to create d3d device" and then something along the lines of updating my graphics card. I don't know where to go to update my graphics card at all. Please any help? Any ideas of what I should do.

So im new and im not sure this is the right forum. but ive been getting this problem after installing the latest patch. hopefully the pictures work. it says its a preinitializing problem something to do with creating d3d device. im not sure what those are. i have the latest drivers and everything. could someone help
Often, this error occurs if your video card drivers are out of date. Before updating your drivers, please visit Windows Update and make sure that you have all of the critical updates and the .NET framework installed. If you get a Failed to create D3D device error, please update your video card drivers to the latest version.
2 май 2014 Можете подсказать что делать,Вылетает ошибка при запуске игры ! Играл месяца 2 все было нормально , но вот на днях решил зайти а она не заходит ! Пишет вот такую фигню Unable to create d3d device . Please install latest video card driver! Исправляющие даные качал не помогло!

12 Sep 2014 Hi support,. i have the same issue as above, mine's a laptop with a geforce 740M. as your advice above, i had tried updating to the latest driver , however once done with the update, the game that i was trying to play 'dragon nest' prompt 'dragonnest has stopped working'. Hence i had roll back the drivers.
