holy FUCKTARD batman! I feel like the warden at a prison/loonie bin. The music apparently came from an old lady (and already dead by the looks of it) one story down and across the hall (she was blasting old Norwegian tunes so loud the walls in my bedroom were vibrating). And on my way to ask her to lower the volume I found a bewildered and seriously drunk old man who couldn't find his apartment (and I couldn't just leave him sitting in the hall and unable to get up). It's like babysitting drunk retarded children.. but FINALLY I can go to bed and hopefully get some SLEEP. *exhausted*
