This is a horror story of four children on a camping trip. Each with a troubled life but some more than others. A mystery occurred when one of the children goes missing in the middle of the night, then another until there's only one left to save them all and defend the witch and her Animal Familiar. Although this story has its funny and quirky side there is a personal and troubled story told and shares a strong bond of friendship and family. This book is for children of 9 years and up and also has a great insight into the terrible history that spread throughout Europe in the 14th/15th Century when women and men where trialed as witches, a barbaric and helpless time for many innocent people. Children will be enthralled and will not be able to put this book down until the very end.
