I stand in a crowd, but I’m invisible. I scream but nobody hears, and nobody sees when I’m crying all of my tears. I’m standing in the dark and waiting. Waiting for a star to come and guide my way. My wall of defend is breaking, So if you get closer you can see in my eyes that I need you to stay. I don’t have to hide to be unseen. Laugh or shout? I’m in between. If you opened up your arms I would let you close them around me. If you’d want to know how I’m feeling, Maybe I’d let you in and tell you about the places where I’ve been. I’m haunted by a shadow from the past. I wish the memories were forgotten, I don’t want them to last. Can you help me to move on? So I can get an end of this and stop acting like I’m strong. I stand in a crowd, but I’m invisible. I’m trying to scream, But only a wave of silence is leaving my mouth. I’m trying to whisper, But nobody pays attention to the voice of doubts…
